脑血栓治疗中奥扎格雷钠与低分子右旋糖酐的应用效果研究

Effect of Application Ozagrel and Dextran Treatment of Thrombosis

目的：探析脑血栓治疗中奥扎格雷钠与低分子右旋糖酐的运用效果。方法将我院2013年1月～2015年1月收治的脑血栓患者88例分为两组，其中给予对照组常规治疗，而观察组则运用奥扎格雷钠和低分子右旋糖酐联合治疗，对比两组的效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，并且不良反应发生率低，组间对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上运用奥扎格雷钠与低分子右旋糖酐联合治疗脑血栓，治疗效果好、安全性高。

Objective To explore cerebral thrombus of ozagrel sodium in the treatment and effect of the application of low molecular dextran. Methods 88 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients were divided into two groups from January 2013 to January 2015, which give control group routine therapy, while the observation group used the sodium ozagrel and low molecular dextran combination therapy, comparing the effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and lower incidence of adverse reactions, comparison between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of ozagrel sodium joint treatment of cerebral thrombosis with low molecular dextran, treatment effect is good, high safety.
