铝碳酸镁咀嚼片联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的有效性

The Effectiveness of Hydrotalcite Chewable Tablets Combined With Omeprazole in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的：研究分析胃溃疡患者接受铝碳酸镁咀嚼片联合奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013年9月～2015年4月的120例胃溃疡病例来进行研究分析，患者分组接受不同治疗方式，对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗，观察组使用铝碳酸镁咀嚼片和奥美拉唑联合治疗，对两组的治疗情况进行对比分析。结果对照组的治疗有效率为67%（40/60），低于观察组的87%（52/60），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在此期间两组患者存在的不良反应进行比较，其差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论胃溃疡患者接受铝碳酸镁咀嚼片和奥美拉唑联合治疗能够让患者的病情得到改善，促进患者的康复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of gastric ulcer patients hydrotalcite chewable tablets combined with omeprazole treatment. Methods According to the 120 cases of gastric ulcer patients to carry out research and analysis form September 2013 to April 2015, the patients were divided into two groups received different treatment, control group treated with omeprazole, observation group using hydrotalcite chewable tablets combined with omeprazole treatment, two groups of treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the control group was 67%（40/60）, 87%（52/60） in the case group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gastric ulcer patients accept hydrotalcite and omeprazole combined treatment can make the patient＆#39;s condition improved, promote the patient＇s recovery.
