新生儿肺炎治疗中盐酸氨溴索的应用效果观察

To Observe the Application Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的：观察分析新生儿肺炎治疗中盐酸氨溴索的应用效果。方法把2012年10月～2015年2月满足新生儿肺炎诊断标准的70例肺炎患儿作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组（n=35）和对照组（n=35），两组患儿均予以常规治疗，基于此治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索治疗，观察和比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组，症状持续时间、住院时间均比对照组短，两组数据比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于常规治疗加用盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎，便于患儿症状改善，提高治疗效果，促进其康复。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods 70 cases meet the diagnostic criteria of neonatal pneumonia in children as the research object form October 2012 to February 2015, randomly divided into treatment group （n=35） and control group （n=35）, two groups of children are to be conventional treatment, the treatment group plus ambroxol hydrochloride were observed and compared two groups of treatment effect based on. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group, the duration of symptoms and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05） in the data of the two. Conclusion Based on the routine treatment＆amp;nbsp;plus ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia for children with symptoms improved, improve treatment effect, promote the rehabilitation.
