应用张缙教授音乐电针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Professor Zhang Jin Music Electro Acupuncture Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo

目的观察音乐电针疗法对椎-基底动脉供血不足型眩晕症患者的影响。方法在门诊患者中选择符合纳入标准的眩晕病例116例,随机分组后治疗组58例以毫针针刺双侧颈夹脊、双侧风池,刺毕连接音乐电针。对照组58例针刺相同腧穴后,连接脉冲电针。完成一个观察周期的治疗(14天),评定症状改善情况。结果 116例患者中治愈19例,显效44例,有效39例,无效14例,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用音乐电针疗法针刺双侧颈夹脊、风池穴对椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕有较好临床疗效,为临床上音乐电针疗法改善眩晕提供了循证医学依据,突显了音乐电针疗法的实用性和科学性。

Objective To observe the effect of music electro-acupuncture treatment for vertebra-basilar arterial insufficiency vertigo patients. Methods 116 cases of vertebra-basilar arterial insufifciency vertigo patients were randomly divide into a treatment group 58 cases of music electro-acupuncture treatment, and a control group 58 cases of pulse current acupuncture treatment. After treatment （14 days） , observe the clinically curative effect. Results 116 patients were cured in 19 cases, 44 cases had marked effect, effectively and 39 cases, 14 cases of invalid. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Music electro-acupuncture treatment can signiifcantly improve vertebra-basilar arterial insufifciency vertigo patients.
