葛根汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压危象的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Gegen Decoction Combined With Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Hypertensive Crisis

目的对葛根汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压危象的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取我院曾收治的80例糖尿病合并高血压危象患者,分成对照组(西药治疗)和观察组(葛根汤联合西药治疗)。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并高血压危象患者的治疗过程中,葛根汤联合西药能够有效控制患者血压,降低血糖,治疗效果较为显著。

Objective The clinical effect of Gegen decoction combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic patients with hypertensive crisis were discussed. Methods 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertensive crisis were chosen in our hospital, divided into the control group （western medicine treatment） and observation group （Gegen decoction combined with western medicine therapy）. Results The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus and course of treatment of patients with hypertensive crisis in, Gegen decoction combined with western medicine can be effective control of blood pressure, lower blood sugar, the treatment effect is signiifcant.
