风湿免疫性疾病患者皮肤溃疡的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Skin Ulcer in Patients With Rheumatic Diseases

目的探讨风湿免疫性疾病伴皮肤溃疡患者的临床护理措施。方法 86例风湿免疫性疾病伴皮肤溃疡患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的换药次数少于对照组,伤口愈合时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为97.67%,高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于减少风湿免疫性疾病伴皮肤溃疡患者的换药次数,缩短伤口愈合时间,提高临床护理质量与患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing care of patients with rheumatic diseases with skin ulcer. Methods 86 cases of rheumatic diseases with skin ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 43 cases. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing, compare the two groups of nursing effect. Results In the observation group, the frequency of dressing change was significantly less than the control group, wound healing time compared with the control group significantly shortened （P〈0.05）, satisfaction of observation group was 97.67%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group of 86.05%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention to reduce autoimmune rheumatic diseases with skin ulcer patients the number of dressing, shorten the time of wound healing, improve the clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing care.
