护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者的临床疗效影响观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients With Duodenal Ulcer

目的：对接受护理干预的十二指肠溃疡患者进行研究分析，探讨其临床护理对治疗效果的影响。方法根据2013年9月～2014年9月的160例十二指肠溃疡患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组，均有80例，对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用护理干预，比较分析两组患者的临床治疗有效率，对两组患者的治疗依从性和复发情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是95%，对照组的治疗有效率是76.25%，两组结果存在统计学差异性。观察组患者的治疗依从性是96.25%，对照组的治疗依从性是71.25%，两组结果具有统计学差异性。观察组患者的复发率比对照组低。结论十二指肠溃疡患者接受护理干预能够提升护理质量效果，让患者的复发率降低，所以临床中对疗效影响明显。

Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of duodenal ulcer patients receiving nursing intervention. Methods 160 cases of duodenal ulcer patients to research and analysis from September 2013 to September 2014, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, has 80 cases, the control group used routine nursing, the observation group used nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment efficiency, of two groups of patients treatment compliance and recurrence were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95%, the effective rate of the control group was 76.25%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.25%, the treatment compliance of the control group was 71.25%, the results of the two groups were statistically significant. The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Patients with duodenal ulcer patients receiving nursing intervention can improve the quality of the effect, so that the recurrence rate of patients is reduced, so the effect of the clinical effect is obvious.
