快速康复护理对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后康复的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究给予行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后快速康复护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者116例,随机分为两组,每组58例,给予对照组患者常规必要护理,给予研究组快速康复护理,对护理后两组患者的恢复情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后,研究组患者的切口愈合程度和护理满意度高于对照组,住院时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施快速康复护理能够有效促进患者康复,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore laparoscopic cholecystectomy give patients rapid rehabilitation nursing clinical results. Methods 116 patients admitted to our hospital laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized in two groups of 58 cases, administered to the control group of patients need routine care, given the rapid rehabilitation nursing research group, nursing recovery after two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the study group of patients with wound healing and care satisfaction level was significantly higher hospitalization time was signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with rapid implementation of rehabilitation care can effectively＆amp;nbsp;promote the rehabilitation of patients, to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve patient satisfaction, it is recommended to promote the use in clinical therapy.
