目的分析输液室护士发生针刺伤的原因并提出相关的防范措施。方法对2014年度本科室38名护士包括实习生进行问卷调查,并且进行汇总分析。结果输液室护士发生针刺伤的原因主要发生在工作繁忙时,跟工作年限成反比,并且加药过程中占比57%,拔针分离针头时,占比31%,输液过程中占比12%。结论针对针刺伤发生的相关原因进行分析,采取相关的措施减少针刺伤的发生,减少职业危害的发生。

Objective Analysis of the causes of nurses in transfusion room nurses and put forward relevant preventive measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2014 nurses including 38 undergraduate students, and a summary analysis was conducted. Results Transfusion room nurses needlestick injury reasons occurred mainly in the busy work, with work experience is inversely proportional to, accounted for 57%of the dosing process, pulling out the needle from the needle 31%, in the process of transfusion accounted for 12%. Conclusion In view of the reasons for the occurrence of needle stab wound, the relevant measures are adopted to reduce the occurrence of needle stick injury, and reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards.
