摘要
目的浅析分层次临床护理管理的应用效果。方法将我院140名护理人员随机分为对照组和观察组各70名,对照组采用传统管理方式,观察组采用分层次管理方式,对比两组的应用效果及护理满意程度。结果观察组的理论知识水平、临床操作能力水平以及患者满意程度均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次临床护理管理可有效提高护理人员的专业知识水平、临床操作水平以及临床护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the hierarchical and application effect of clinical nursing management. Methods 140 nursing staff were randomly divided into control group and observation group in our hospital, 70 each, the control group with traditional management way, the observation group uses the hierarchical management mode, compared two groups of application effect and nursing satisfaction. Results the observation group level of theoretical knowledge, clinical operation ability and patient satisfaction were higher than the control group, two groups are statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hierarchical clinical nursing management can effectively improve the nurses＇ professional knowledge level, clinical operation level and clinical nursing satisfaction.
