摘要
某热电厂大跨度封闭式干煤棚横向净跨度为112m,纵向净长度为246.619m,矢高为40.95m,结构跨度大且体型特殊,主体结构采用螺栓球节点双层网壳,中间直段为三心圆筒壳,两端由半球壳封闭。设计时对结构选型、荷载取值、设计参数选取等进行了研究,并对结构的特殊体型进行了数值模拟风洞分析、风振响应分析及整体稳定性分析,最后探讨了干煤棚结构设计中其他需要注意的问题。
The main structure of the large-span dry coal shed in a thermo power station is double-layer latticed shell with bolt-sphere joints, which has the large-span of l12m, the length of 246. 619m and the rise of 40.95m. The large-span structure has a special structural form with three-centered cylindrical latticed shell in the middle and two semi-circle spherical latticed shells respectively at both ends. The structural system selection, loads values and design parameters were studied in structural design. Numerical simulation of wind tunnel analysis, wind induced vibration response analysis and overall stability analysis were conducted for special shape of the structure. A series of problems that should be considered in structural design of dry coal shed were discussed at last.
