直立锁边金属屋面系统抗风承载力节点试验研究 被引量:16

Node test study on wind resistance bearing capacity of the standing seam metal roof system

摘要 为研究直立锁边金属屋面系统的抗风性能,对其进行了反向承载力节点试验。通过观察试验破坏现象,对该屋面系统的破坏规律和抗风承载力影响因素进行分析。结果表明,直立锁边金属屋面系统破坏可分为三个阶段,即前期阶段、后期阶段以及破坏阶段,直立锁边金属屋面系统的抗风承载力主要受后期阶段的承载力控制,减小屋面板宽度可有效提高抗风承载力。直立锁边金属屋面系统后期阶段的抗风承载力主要取决于施工中锁边机械的咬合紧密程度,建议在施工过程中一定要保证其咬合处承载力的可靠性。 In order to study the wind resistant performance of the standing seam metal roof system, reverse bearing capacity test of the node was carried out. Through observation of the damage phenomenon, the damage law and the influencing factors on wind resistance bearing capacity of the roof system were analyzed. The results show that the failure of the standing seam metal roof system can be divided into three stages, namely early stage, late stage and failure stage. The wind resistance bearing capacity of the standing seam metal roof system is mainly affected by the bearing capacity of the late stage. Reducing roof panel width can effectively improve the wind resistance bearing capacity. The wind resistance bearing capacity of the standing seam metal roof system in the late stage mainly depends on the closeness of the construction seam mechanical occlusion. It was recommended the reliability of the bearing capacity of the occlusal location must be ensured in the construction process.
