摘要
采用柱面网壳结构形式的大跨度干煤棚具有质量轻、阻尼小、刚度小等特点,易遭受风荷载作用而破坏。以某电厂实际干煤棚工程为背景,进行了多种参数的风洞刚性模型测压试验。首先探讨了基本工况(长宽比7、矢跨比0.52、端截面开敞、A类风场、无干扰)在不同风向角下干煤棚结构外表面、内表面以及净风压的荷载分布特性,其次对比研究了在不同风向角、风场类型、端截面形式、长宽比、矢跨比、干扰类型这6种基本参数的常用范围内干煤棚表面分块体型系数值的分布特性,最后为方便工程应用,给出了可供参考的规范化分块体型系数结果。
The large-span dry-coal sheds using cylindrical reticulated shell structure have the characteristics of light quality, small damping and small stiffness, which are vulnerable to wind loads. The rigid model wind tunnel tests with various parameters were conducted according to a real dry-coal shed project of one power plant. Firstly, the dry-coal shed' s wind load distribution characteristics of outer surface, inter surface and net pressures at the basic condition (aspect ratio of 7, rise-span ratio of 0.52, end section open, wind field category A and non-interference) under different wind angles were discussed. Secondly, the distribution characteristics of block shape coefficients on dry-coal sheds in six kinds of different parameters including different wind angles, categories of wind field, end section form, aspect ratio, rise-span ratio and interference types were compared and analyzed. Lastly, the standardization of the block shape coefficient results was present for the convenience of engineering application.
