2008年,历下区提出在奥体文博片区打造商务中心区,由此济南中央商务区开始腾飞;2015年,中共山东省委常委、济南市委书记王文涛提出举全市之力,打造高标准中央商务区,由此,济南中央商务区向更高层次腾飞;7月27日,历下区召开济南中央商务区征地拆迁动员大会,由此,为济南中央商务区的腾飞提供了更加坚实的基础——土地。
