摘要
海外高层次人才历来是高校人才队伍的重要来源,引进海外高层次人才是高校增强核心竞争力的战略选择、促进师生全面发展的重要途径、实现高水平大学建设新跨越的重要支撑。文章从物质文化、规范文化、行为文化、理念文化等四个维度分析海外归国人才在回国后面临的逆文化冲击,阐述了海外归国人才所面临的逆文化冲击的特征,并以文化适应理论为视角提出强化高校海外归国人才管理的策略。
As an important source of University expertise team building, high level talented people from abroad play an vital role in the strategic choices to strengthen their core competitiveness, promoting the overall development of teachers and students, and construc- ting high -level universities This paper analyses the culture shock which these high level talented people from abroad would have to face after returning to China on material culture ,standard culture, Behavior culture and Concept culture and summarizes the features. Based on the Cultural Adaptation Theory, it presents some strategies whichever can strengthen the management of university overseas returned talents.
