高校学生事务管理的优化是解决学生生活贫乏问题的有效途径。基于我国高校学生事务管理工作实际,提出以生为本和学生发展理念、构建扁平化管理模式,坚持教育、管理与服务有机统一,关切学生的个体差异、主体地位和自由公共空间,以及专业化、职业化和可持续化的学生事务管理体系,对高校学生事务管理的探索和发展具有重要指导意义和启示作用。

Optimization of college students＇ affairs management is the effective way to solve the problem of the poor students＇ life. Based on the actual of our college students ＇ affairs management, we put forward students centered and students＇ development idea ; construct a flat management mode; adhere to the organic unity of education, management and service; concern students＇ individual differences, subject status and free public space, and build professional, occupational and sustainable development of the students＇ af- fairs management system. These aspects have the important guiding significance and enlightenment effect on exploration and develop- ment of college students＇ affairs management.
