服务视域下大学生职业生涯规划与发展体系的思考

大学生就业的关键性环节就是在服务视域下构建大学生职业生涯规划与发展体系,这一体系构建的根本前提在于对传统构建思想的充分明确,找出形成创新发展的必要条件,结合国外研究思想及实施路径,对所具有的创新性形成进一步研究,突出该体系构建的现实意义所在。此外,还需要高校与企业实现共同合作不断拓展大学生职业生涯规划的实践性体验渠道。研究表明,职业生涯规划与发展体系对大学生个人的成长和就业具有指导性的意义,需要从服务的视角出发建立适合我国高等教育的职业生涯规划体系。

The key for the employment of college students is in service from the perspective of building college students career planning and development system, and the system construction of the fundamental premise is to fully explicit traditional construction thought, find the necessary conditions of forming the innovation and development, combine with foreign research ideas and implementa- tion path, innovate in its formation of further research, highlight the practical significance of the system construction. In addition, it is also necessary for the colleges and enterprises to realize the practical experience of the college students＇ career planning. Studies have shown that the career planning and development system of college students＇ personal growth and employment has guiding significance, should set out from the perspective of service for the establishment of career planning system of higher education in China.
