Study on the Model of Team Teaching in Colleges of Finance and Economics Major

协同教学是一种开放式的教学模式,强调团队的协作,整合分散的教学资源,共享教学经验,从而提高高校财经类专业的教学质量,提升财经人才的培养水平。高校财经类专业实施协同教学可以采取"多师同堂"模式、跨学科协同模式以及校企合作协同模式。在具体实施中,协同教学既要求教师在准备、授课中付出更多精力,也需要学校、院系部门及社会相关机构的协调与配合,并给予软件及硬件方面的全方位支持。

Team teaching is a kind of open teaching mode, which emphasizes on team cooperation, integrating scattered teaching resources and sharing the teaching experience, thus can improve college teaching quality and enhance the level of talent cultivation. There are the models in the implementation of team teaching in college of finance and economics major such as several teachers lecturing mode, interdisciplinary team teaching mode and college - enterprise cooperation mode. To implement team teaching not only requires teachers to put more effort in the preparation and teaching, but also need the college, academic department and the coordination and cooperation of related social institutions and to give full support in software and hardware.
