摘要
自凝牙托材料经过改性后.可用作铸型标本填充剂.为了增强铸型标本韧性和便于加工操作,必须加入适量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯和不自凝牙托水.本文提供了不同配方与铸件应力强度及延伸率的实验数据,供不同类型的铸型标本制作时参考.
In the experiment,a new modifiedself-curing denture material was usedas the filling material for making castspecimen,and dibutylphthalate,methylbutylacrylate and denture base waterwere added properly into the fillingmaterial to improve the toughness ofthe cast specimen and to ease the pr-ocess.The tensile strength and exte-nsion rates of the cast specimen withvarious component dispensings weretested with a SWD-10 material testingmachine.The experimental results le-ad to a discussion for making differ-ent types of cast specimens.
