摘要
立足于我国水资源与能源生产现状,分析认为两者之间的矛盾日益突出:能源需求增长拉动煤炭等化石能源产业的快速发展,加剧了水资源安全供应的压力;能源生产基地多处于缺水的北方地区,水资源错位分布增加了经济和环境成本;新能源规模持续扩大也增加了水资源安全供应的潜在风险等问题。鉴于此,建议围绕能源产业优化布局、改进节水技术和工艺水平、新能源产业发展规划、水资源管理制度等方面寻求相应的解决措施。
Water and energy are closely interconnected and highly interdependent. Based on the current situation of water resources and energy production, the research found that the current increasingly outstanding contradiction between energy and water consumption is obvious: energy demand growth drived the rapid development of coal and other fossil energy industry, increased pressure on water resources security of supply. Energy production base are mostly in the water the northern region of china, the distribution of water resources increased economic dislocation and environmental costs. Continued expansion of new energy sources has also increased the size of the potential security risks of water supply problems. In view of this, it is recommended to optimize the energy industry around the layout, to improve the level of water-saving technologies and processes, new energy industry development planning, water resource management system to seek appropriate solutions.
