摘要
新能源并网发电现已成为推动我国能源生产和消费革命的重要力量,对于优化能源结构、保证能源安全、改善生态环境以及转变用能方式具有突出意义。文章分析新能源并网发电减排效益创造机理,依据发电侧和电网侧的有效投入提出新能源并网发电项目的减排贡献分析方法,并选取典型案例进行试算分析。案例研究表明,电网通过新建送电线路、改扩建变电设施、配套通讯装置等工程,有效促进新能源并网发电,减排贡献率约为1%,随着减排量计入期增加,电网的减排贡献将更为显著。
New energy grid-connected power generation has become an important force inthe revolution of energy production and consumption in China. It plays a significant role in optimizing the energy structure, ensuring energy security, improving the ecological environment and the transforming the mode of energy-using. This paper analyzed the value creation mechanism of emission reduction from new energy grid-connected power generation, put forward an analysis method of emissions reduction contribution on the basis of effective input from generation and power grid side, and made a case study for trail and analysis. The case study showed that the power grid has effectively promoted new energy generation to connect with power grid through transmission line, substation facilities, communication devices and other projects. The emission reduction contribution rate was about 1%. With the increase of emission reduction crediting period, the contribution to the emission reduction of the power grid would be more significant.
