生态文明建设框架下的生态保护研究

Research on Ecological Protection under the Framework of the Construction of Ecological Civilization

生态保护作为生态文明建设的首要任务,对于中国的可持续发展具有重大的意义。文章在分析中国生态系统的质量变化状况的基础上,对其产生的原因进行了分析。最后提出需要从加快生态文明制度体系的建设、建立长期性与持续性的生态系统监测评估机制、加强资源环境承载力的研究,调控人类活动、继续推进城镇化等方面加强生态保护。

Ecological protection as a primary task of the construction of ecological civilization, it is has a great significance for the sustainable development of China. Based on the analysis of Chinese ecological system quality change, this paper analyzes the influencing factors that affect those. Finally, this paper puts forward that may from speeding up ecological civilization system construction, building the long-term and sustainable ecosystem monitoring and assessment mechanism, enhancing the resource environmental carrying capacity research and regulating human activities, and continuing to promote urbanization and guide the population in ecological area evacuation to strengthen ecological protection.
