摘要
齿形弹性环是波纹环的一个变种,可以通过调节弹性环的设计参数调节刚度。文中通过简化弹性环的计算模型,依据刚度计算的基本原理,得出单齿的刚度计算公式,依据矢量合成原理,推导出整个齿形弹性环的刚度计算公式和简化计算公式。采用推导的刚度公式进行齿形弹性环设计,并使用实测法和有限元法验证了弹性环刚度两种计算公式的有效性。
Cog-wheel elastic ring is a new form of elastic ring, and stiffness of the cog-wheel elastic ring can be adjusted by related structural parameters.This paper decribes a method for deducing the stiffness formula for cog-wheel elastic ring. Firstly the stiffness model of single tooth elastic ring is obtained by modeling simplifying. Then the stiffness formula of cog-wheel elastic ring is deriverd according to the method of stiffness and vector synthesis. The result, verified through finite element method and actual measurement showed that the proposed method is accurate and practical for the ring design.
