摘要 针对受载复杂的风力发电机组大型铸件疲劳预测问题和多轴疲劳损伤理论及其计算方法进行分析和研究;分析了绝对值最大主应力法和临界平面法两种不同预测模型及损伤参量对多轴疲劳预测结果的差异性影响;采用这两种方法,结合有限元法、雨流计算和线性累积损伤准则,采用多应力比S-N曲线修正平均应力的方法对受载最复杂的轮毂疲劳寿命分别进行了计算,分析了这种方法差异性的存在。对风电机组大型铸件的多轴疲劳寿命预测具有重要参考意义。 Multi-axial fatigue problems and calculation method related to large casting parts of the complex load of the wind turbine are studied in this paper. The differences between the maximum absolute principal stress and critical plane theory and damage parameter are analyzed for multi-axial fatigue. The fatigue life of hub is calculated by combining finite element method, the rain-flow counting method of the load spectrum with Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory with this two methods, and multi-ratio S-N curve correction method of mean stress. The existence of the difference of this method is analyzed. In hope that it will be of some help to predict the fatigue calculation of large casting components of wind turbine.
