摘要
针对载人潜水器舱室作业空间小、时间长、几乎无舒适性的特点,提出了一种基于人体疲劳特性的布局评估方法。结合层次分析法与灰色理论修正专家权重,通过层次分析法对舱内装置进行重要性分层赋权。根据人体肌肉疲劳试验所得数据,利用人体疲劳特性值对载人潜水器内的装置进行人体疲劳特性评估,获得各装置的人体疲劳特性值。将各装置人机特性值与其布局位置的疲劳特征值综合考虑,从而对布局方案评估。该评估方法有助于设计者得到符合人体疲劳特性的布局方案。
According to the characteristics of small space, long working hours and almost no comfort, in DSV cabin, a method of layout evaluation based on human fatigue characteristics was suggested. Expert weight was amended by using the AHP and grey theory, the devices in cabin were given specific weight value by importance using AHP. The human fatigue characteristics evaluation to the devices in DSV cabin was carried out based on experiment data, so the human fatigue characteristic values of the different devices could be obtained. Taking the fatigue characteristic value of device and the fatigue characteristic value of layout into account, the layout scheme could be evaluated. This method can help designer to get the layout scheme which best meets human fatigue characteristics.
