摘要
目的:观察小儿热速清口服液治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效和安全性。方法:112例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿给予注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾30 mg/kg,每日2次;观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上给予小儿热速清口服液〈1岁,1/4~1/2袋;1~3岁,1/2~1袋;3~7岁,1~1.5袋;7~12岁,1.5~2袋;每日均为3~4次。两组患儿疗程均为5 d。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,平均退热时间和咽痛消失时间、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,治疗前后CD4+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+/CD3+比值及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿总有效率显著高于对照组,平均退热时间、咽痛消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿WBC、CRP水平均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,CD4+/CD3+显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,观察组CD4+/CD8+显著高于同组治疗前及对照组,对照组CD8+/CD3+显著高于同组治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但观察组治疗前后CD8+/CD3+比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:在阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾的基础上加用小儿热速清口服液治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效和安全性均较好。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy and safety of Children resuqing oral lipid in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis. METHODS: 112 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium for injection 30 mg/kg, twice a day; based on the treat- ment of control group, observation group was treated with Children resuqing oral lipid, 1/4-1/2 bag for 〈 1 year old, 1/2-1 bag for 1-3 year(s) old, 1-1.5 bag(s) for 3-7 years old, 1.5-2 bags for 7-12 years old, 3-4 times a day. The treatment course was 5 d. The clinic data was observed, including clinical efficacy, average cooling time and throat disappear time, WBC, CRP level, and CD4+/ CD3+, CDJ/CD8+ and CDs+/CD3+ in vivo before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups. RESULTS : The to- tal effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, average cooling time and throat disappear time were significantly shorter than control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, WBC and CRP level were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group; CD4+/CD3+ was significantly higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group; CD4+/CD8+ in observation group was significantly higher than before and control group, CD8+/CD3+ in con- trol group was significantly higher than before(P〈0.05) ; however, there were no significant differences in the CD8+/CD3+ in obser- vation group before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups (P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Based on the treatment of Amoxicillin clavulanate potassium for injection, Children resuqing oral lipid has better efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.
