摘要
航材备件是空军装备的主要组成部分,航材存储工作的规划将影响到空军装备的完好率和存储过程中涉及的相关费用,目前航材的存储面临费用与战备完好性之间难以寻求平衡点的问题,传统的研究往往是在某一属性给定的前提下进行的单目标决策制定,且使用计算复杂的解析模型,很难满足复杂的现实要求,也难以提高效率。针对上述问题,建立一种将存储保障费用与战备完好性结合起来的多属性决策模型,利用一种比较先进的启发式算法——蝙蝠算法进行优化计算,得到的存储方案可以在战备完好性尽可能高的前提下保证费用最低。仿真结果表明,通过优化过程与算法之间的对比,证明了所提模型和方法的有效性,为航材存储决策优化提供了参考。
As pivotal part of air force equipment, aviation equipment can effect battle effectiveness at first hand, but there is a contradiction between the cost of air materiel storage and combat-readiness availability in related service maintenance. To overcome this problem, a decision optimization model was presented with heuristic bat algorithm which combines the cost of air materiel storage and combat-readiness availability. An optimum decision can be ob- tained. A simulatioan case which describes air materiel storage decision optimization was given to testify the facility and availability of bat algorithm.
