摘要
目的:利用星点设计-效应面法优选姜黄和甘草共提的最佳提取方法。方法:比较超声提取、回流提取和渗漉法,确定提取方法后,根据星点设计安排表进行试验,HPLC法测定提取液中姜黄素(CUR)、去甲氧基姜黄素(D)和双去甲氧基姜黄素(BD)的含量,并算出总OD值,效应面法选出最佳条件。结果:渗漉法最好,渗漉最佳条件为90%乙醇浸泡30 h时,三者提取量最大。结论:验证试验证明,该优选方法可靠稳定适用。
Objective: Central Composite Design · Response Surface Methodology is used to optimizing of Extraction Process of three curcuminoids in Rhizoma Curcumin Longae combined with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch in extracting. Methods: HPLC is used to determine the contents of Cureumin ( CUR), Demethoxycurcumin (D) &Bisdemethoxycurcumin ( BD), calculating the OD to chose the best method. Results: Percolation is the best extraction technology with its conditions: 90% ethanol and 30h soak time. Conclusion: He selected extrTaction method is steasy, reliable and suitable for use.
