摘要
某地铁暗挖隧道在液化地层条件下的下穿城市房屋施工过程中,爆破振动速度控制在安全规程允许范围内,地面房屋却出现了不同程度的破坏现象,针对产生这种现象的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:房屋基础下方存在液化土层,爆破动荷载引起土层液化及后期失水固结引起的土体变形等是造成房屋产生破坏的主要原因。研究建议:在以后类似地层条件下采取爆破施工,确定建筑物保护标准过程中,需考虑爆破施工对房屋结构安全因素的影响程度,并制定相应标准。
In the process of a subway tunnel underground tunnel in liquefied down across urban construction, the geological conditions of blasting vibration velocity was comtrolled in the range of allowable safety rules, but the ground buildings suffered some damage phenomenon. Results show that the liquefaction soil layer laying below build- ing foundation, and the soil liquefaction from blasting vibration and the late filtration consolidation caused deformation of soil,which was the main reason for the building damage. Under similar geological conditions, during the process of determining the building protection standards, the influence of blasting constructionand on building structure safety should be considered, and formulates relevant standards accordingly.
