摘要
考察了不同混配比的Nd-IR/NR并用胶的硫化性能、力学性能.结果表明:在NR中并用Nd-IR可以延长焦烧时间,提高胶料加工的安全性.当Nd-IR/NR配比为50/50时,保留了较好的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率.在NR中并用Nd-IR可以改善硫化胶的耐老化性和回弹性,对阿克隆磨耗性能没有影响,但硬度会有轻微的下降.因此Nd-IR可部分替代天然橡胶使用.
The vulcanization properties and mechanical properties of different ratios of Nd-IR/ IR blends were investigated. The results showed that, Nd-IR/NR blend can improved tc10 of NR and enhance the safety in operation. When Nd-IR/NR blending ratio was 50/50, retain good tensile strength and elongation at break. NR blend Nd-IR, the heat-aging resistance properties and elastic resilience of vulcanized rubber were improved, but no effect on Akron abrasion performance and the hardness will be declining slightly. So the Nd-IR could be used to partly replace NR.
