摘要
采用近红外光谱技术对六味地黄丸中山茱萸非药用部位进行快速检测研究.自制以山茱萸非药用部位山茱萸果核入药的六味地黄丸和以正品山茱萸入药的六味地黄丸,对其进行近红外检测,以正品山茱萸入药的六味地黄丸样品建立一致性模型,选择二阶导数+矢量归一化法处理谱图,CI值为5.0,含有山茱萸果核的样品光谱未通过验证.因此,采用近红外光谱技术能有效判定六味地黄丸是否以山茱萸果核入药,打击以低成本的非药用部位投料,保证药品质量.
Research on rapid identification of illegal medicinal part of Comus officinalis in liuwei dihuang pills by near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Prepare samples of liuweidihuang pills with Comus officinalis kernels and without kernels, detect samples by NIR. Establish the conformity model for samples without Comus officinalis kernels, and select the second derivative + vector normalization processing spectra, set the conformity index as 5.0. The spectra of the samples with Comus officinalis kernels doesn' t pass validation. Therefore, NIR can be effectively used to judge if Comus officinalis kernels are added into liuweidihuang pills, and help to attack using illegal medicinal part for low cost and control the quality of medicines.
