According to the scientific method by which Einstein established special relativity and the logic instruction of special relativity,the article clarifies the proper relationship between the special relativity and the time dilation by comprehensively applying some points of view contributed by A. P.French in the second volume the special relativity in M.I.T.Introductory Physics Series, the international well-known textbook, and the Minkowski’s four-dimension space-time theory.
