摘要
本文总结分析唐汉钧教授运用"健脾、祛瘀、生肌"法治疗难愈性溃疡经验,指导对慢性难愈性溃疡的临床治疗。唐汉钧教授通过多年临床经验的积累、分析和总结,对难愈性溃疡发病机理进行了补充和发展。提出"虚"、"瘀"为主的发病病机;治疗原则主张"祛瘀补虚";治疗方法上倡导"非清创"治疗的必要性;治疗中采取"序惯用药"与"内外同治"法相结合;尤其强调"顾护脾胃"的重要性。
This essay is to summarize Prof. TANG＇s therapy on chronic ulcers by strengthening spleen, clearing stasis and promoting growth. He has made supplement and progress by years of clinical treatment, analysis and reviews. In his opinion, main pathogenic causes is deficiency and stasis, insisting on the rule of supplying deficiency while clearing stasis, advocating necessity of non-debridement therapy. In his treatment, there are combination with frequency herbs and internal-external therapy by much emphasis on protecting spleen and stomach.
