网络三层架构下思想政治教育的思考与实践

On Thinking and Practice of Ideological and Political Education under the Three-layer Network Construction

网络思想政治教育的"网络"具有多层次性。基础层是基于物理技术的信息技术网络;中间层是依托于信息技术网络而形成的人际关系的网络社区;最高层是网络信息所蕴含和传达的精神与价值,即网络文化。网络技术、网络社区和网络文化3层网络架构有着不同的特点,在网络思想政治教育过程中要遵循方向性、主体性、实践性、互动性、渗透性、疏导性、融入性等原则,并提出基于3个层次的具体措施。

The ＂network＂ of the network ideological and political education is a multi-level concept： the basic layer is the information technology network based on the physical technology; the middle layer is the interpersonal network community formed on the basis of the information technology network; the highest layer is the spirit and value contained and conveyed by the network information - - - the network culture. The three-layer network construction has respectively different characteristics, thus several principles such as direction, subjectivity, practicality, interactivity, permeability and so on should be followed in the process of network ideological and political education, and some specific measures will also be put forward based on the three layers.
