最近几年,公交车上的纵火、爆炸等公共安全事件屡屡惊现,造成大量人员伤亡,并引发一定人群的恐慌。犯案者均是社会失意感强烈的人。本文探讨社会失意感产生的过程、原因和社会失意者的行为表现。社会失意是一个人在追求目标过程中遇到障碍而不能克服时产生的情绪,是在主体因素和主体外因素相互作用下产生的,社会失意者常表现为攻击、冷漠、倒退、固执、妥协等行为,消极的行为常常导致个人恐怖活动。

In recent years, arson, explosion and other public safety incidents have been repeatedly discovered on the bus, causing heavy casualties and social panic. The perpetrators are the typical social frustrations. This paper discusses the process, reasons and the social behavior of the frustrated guys. Social frustration is one of emotions which is caused for the failure in the pursuit of a goal, while they can not overcome the frustration; that is the interaction of objective and subjective factors. Social losers often have such behaviors as attack, indifference, being backwards, being stubborn, compromise, and these negative behaviors which often lead to personal terrorist activities.
