档案资源的挖掘利用日益受到重视,大学生职业规划设计和创业大赛需要充分捕捉和利用档案信息资源,解决选手重点把握不准,思路不清晰等问题;具体实施过程中要调动一切可以利用的资源,尽可能地积累较为完善的比赛音像文字和图片档案,然后认真研读,细致分析,在提升自身综合素质与参赛能力的同时,明晰个人职业发展路径,制定发展目标和分段计划,实现比赛效益的最大化。

With the emphasis on mining and utilization of archival resources, it has been essential for college students to capture the value of archival resources and make the best use of it in entrepreneurial＆career planning competition, solving problems concerning grasping the point and thinking clearly. Any accessible resources should be mobilized in the implementation process, accumulating relative resources in any forms, texts or images, as much as possible and making thoroughly analysis is necessary. Besides realizing self-improvement, candidates will be able to find their path of career, set themselves goals and segmented targets to implement, thus maximizing the utility of taking competitions.
