摘要 为研究电磁场油水分离过程中油水两相流的流动和分离特性,探究静态与动态条件下电磁分离装置内油水分离效果,在实验室内搭建了电磁场油水分离实验系统,并进行了实验研究。先后完成了电磁场油水分离静态实验与动态实验。静态实验表明:提高电压或增大磁场强度能有效提高油水两相流分离效果;动态实验表明:提高电压或增大磁场强度能有效提高油水两相流分离效果;达到相同油水处理效果的电压数值要大于静态实验;且存在一个临界电磁力数值,只有大于这个临界值,电磁力才能有效促进油水两相流的分离过程。 In order to study the flow and separation characteristics of two-phase flow field in the electromagnetic oil-water separation device,explore the effect of oil-water separation in the electromagnetic separator under the static and dynamic conditions. An experimental system of electromagnetic field of oil-water separation was built. The static test and dynamic test of electromagnetic separation of oil and water were finished. Static experiments show that,with the increasing of voltage or the strength of the magnetic field,effectively improvement was found with the effect of oil-water separation. Dynamic experiments show that,with the increasing of voltage or the strength of the magnetic field,effectively improvement was found with the oil-water separation. Reaching the same results of oilwater separation,the voltage is greater than the static experiment. There is a critical value of electromagnetic force,and the electromagnetic force can effectively promote the oil-water separation only larger than this critical value.
