摘要
利用万能材料试验机开展了铆钉元件的纯剪切失效试验研究,得到铆钉的失效载荷与失效模式;并基于ABAQUS软件建立考虑压铆过程残余应力场的铆钉纯剪切失效有限元分析模型,通过与试验及理论计算结果的对比验证有限元模型的准确性。压铆过程形成的残余应力场对铆钉元件的剪切强度具有明显的强化效应。不考虑残余应力场时,铆钉元件的剪切失效载荷相比试验结果误差更大,达到13.50%。因此,在机械连接结构失效仿真分析中必须考虑残余应力场的影响。
A quasi static pure shear test for the rivet is performed by universal material testing machine to get the rivet' s shear failure load and failure mode. And a numerical model of the pure shearing failure process consid- ering the residual stress field in pressing rivet process is established by ABAQUS, which is proved to be accurate by compared with the theoretical result and the testing result. The residual stress field in pressing rivet process has re- inforcement on the rivet' s shear strength. A bigger error of the shear failure load will appear if the residual stress field is ignored, the error of shear failure load will be 13.50%. So the residual stress field must be considered in the failure simulation of mechanical connection structures.
