摘要
基于Abaqus的断裂力学参数计算功能,应用脚本语言Python自主开发出单一/复合载荷作用下飞机典型结构的疲劳裂纹扩展分析模块。该模块集参数化建模、有限元计算、损伤容限分析为一体,实现了单一裂纹或多裂纹的疲劳裂纹自动扩展仿真,避免了人工重复建模,能够直接获取常幅载荷或变幅载荷作用下结构的裂纹扩展路径及裂纹扩展寿命。通过与试验结果对比,验证了分析模块的可行性,为飞机结构损伤容限设计和分析提供分析支持和有力工具。
A program package of Fatigue crack growth analysis based on Abaqus/Python is developed to re- search the damage tolerance of typical Aircraft structure applied on simple or complex loading. Integrating parame- ter modeling, finite element analysis and damage tolerance calculation, the secondary developed program can obtain the crack growth direction and the growth life of structures including single or multiple cracks, which realizes the automatic fatigue crack growth and saves lots of time in the traditional work of repeating modeling. In addition, the feasibility of the developed program package is valided by experimental results, giving a good analysis flatform for aircraft damage tolerance design.
