摘要
"国培计划"的实施对基础教育课程改革,对教育的均衡发展,对教师专业能力的提升起到了极大的促进作用。当前,教育部对新一轮的国培提出了明确的改进意见。教师培训者应该从培训目标及课程这个关键环节上关注培训的有效性:开展需求分析,激发学员学习的自主性;确定培训目标,强调预期目标的可实现性;优化培训内容,提高课程设置的针对性。
The implementation of National Training Program greatly contributes to the basic education curriculum reform, the balanced development of education and the promotion of teachers' professional competence. Currently, Ministry of Education has proposed clear improvement requirements for the new round of National Training Program. The trainees should pay attention to the training effectiveness from the aspect of training objective and courses: requirements analysis should be made to motivate trainees' autonomy; training objective should be established to stress the attainability of the objectives; the training content should be bettered to make the curriculum design more targeted.
