早在两千年前，佛教艺术就已经在中国生根发芽，精美的佛造像艺术品种类繁多，各具特色。这些佛造像的台座大多为双狮座，双狮的造型与位置也较为一致。如饭田氏藏金铜佛坐像（图1）、上海博物馆藏十六国金铜怫像（图2）等。

According to the double lions' image and position can be divided into two kinds of style,investigate its origin,should have close relationship with India statues.This article focus on the early Buddhist statues of the double-lion seat,discussed the origin and development of early Buddhist statues.
