摘要
本文解剖观察了52具尸体的胃裸区.在贲门部和胃底部有一无腹膜覆盖的裸区.称为胃裸区,其出现率为100%,面积:成尸为6.1±0.5cm^2,童尸为1.8±0.2cm^2.形态变化较大,为近似三角形或长方形.裸区内有血管分布.并借此探讨临床意义.
The shape and size of naked ga-stric area were investigated on 52 ca-davers.100% of the observed ve-ntriculi showed a bare area withoutperitoneum covered,which lay betw-een the cardiac region and the fundusof stomach.The size of the bare areawas 6.1cm^2 in adult and 1.8cm^2 inchild cadavers,and the shape irre-gular.Blood vessels in the bare areawere observed.Clinical significanceof the naked gastric area was appr-oached.
