摘要
目的解决非接入式X射线机管电流测量仪的检测需求,建立了此检测装置。方法本研究采用直流电流发生器、数字多用表及环境检测设备建立了非接入式X射线机管电流测量仪检测装置,并对该装置的输出电流进行了测量,计算系统的重复性和稳定性,分析不确定度的引入因素。通过计算各个不确定度分量,最后得到了此装置的合成不确定度。结果通过测量、分析和计算,对所建立的测量装置的重复性、稳定性和系统不确定度进行了合格验证。结论此检测装置各项参数满足相应标准要求,能够用于对非接入式管电流测量仪的检测。
Objective To establish the test device for non-invasive X-ray tube current measurement instruments to meet the need of metrological traceability. Methods The DC current generator, digital multi-meter and environmental monitoring instruments were used to establish the test device of non-invasive X-ray tube current measurement instruments. The output current at different output level was measured. The repeatability and the stability of the test device was calculated. The items contributed to the uncertainty were analyzed. With calculation of the uncertainty for each item, the combined uncertainty of the test device was also obtained. Results Through measurement, analysis and calculation, the repeatability and the stability of the test device were veriifed. Conclusion The parameters of this device met the requirements of the related standard, which could be used for the detection of non-invasive X-ray tube current measurement instruments.
