住院服务中心管理模式探讨

Discussion on the Management Mode of the Hospitalization Service Center

本文简介我院为进一步体现"以病人为中心"的服务理念,在保证医疗安全的前提下,建立了住院服务中心管理系统。该系统实现了全院床位使用实时监控、床位管理、患者住院通知管理、住院患者信息核对、住院服务中心病区管理等功能。系统的应用充分体现了医院联合办公,以患者为中心、提高运作效率、改善服务质量、医疗工作网络化的服务特色。

The practice of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University in establishment of a hospitalization service center management system on the premise of guaranteed medical safety for further realization of the＂patient-centered＂service concept was introduced in this paper. The system achieved some functions like bed real-time monitoring, bed management, patient hospitalization notification management, patient information check and hospital service center ward management. Application of this system fully relfected the co-working between hospitals as well as the patient-centered service features, improved operation efifciency and service quality and medical service networking.
