摘要
聚晶金刚石(PCD)的热稳定性、耐磨性和抗冲击韧性都是衡量PCD质量的重要指标,且热稳定性对PCD的耐磨性及抗冲击韧性有直接影响。简要介绍了影响PCD热稳定性的主要因素,着重对国内外提高PCD热稳定性的方法进行了综述,并对现有方法的优缺点进行了评价。
Thermal stability,wear resistance and impact toughness of polycrystalline diamond (PCD )are the important performance indexes to assess the quality of PCD,and thermal stability of PCD has a direct impact on wear resistance and impact toughness.The main factors affecting the thermal stability of PCD are introduced,the methods of improving the thermal stability at home and abroad are summarized,and the merit and disadvantage of these me-thods are evaluated.
