摘要 以对酚类化合物具有较强萃取作用和吸附作用的丙烯酰胺(AM)和吡咯烷酮(NMP)为单体,采用反相悬浮聚合法和浸渍法合成季铵盐修饰的多孔聚丙烯酰胺-吡咯烷酮(P(AM-NMP))复合微球。研究季胺盐修饰后多孔P(AM-NMP)复合微球对焦化废水中酚类化合物的脱除效率,及影响复合微球材料脱除效率的诸多因素,并进一步探究脱附条件。其主要目的是为更好地解决焦化废水中普遍存在的严重的环境污染问题及吸附剂的重复使用奠定基础,以实现焦化废水不外排,解决目前焦化废水处理中的瓶颈问题。 Using acrylamide and pyrrolidone having strong extraction and adsorption as monomer,quaternary ammonium modified P(AM-NMP)porous composite microspheres were prepared by using reverse suspension poly-merization technique and impregnation method.The feasibility of the composite microspheres used as adsorption mate-rials for removal phenolic material compounds in coking wastewater were investigated.Additionally,the effects of some factors were examined systematically.Its main purpose is to better solve the serious environmental pollution and recycling of adsorbent materials.Furthermore,it solves the key problems in coking wastewater and realizes reuse of the wastewater.
