摘要
聚焦反常是诸多管理学大师们选取管理研究问题最常用的策略,但是国内对此知之甚微。汲取已有关于反常的研究成果,界定管理研究中反常的含义,划分出3种基本反常类型,发现《管理学中的伟大思想》一书中大部分作者的做法都属于三种类型之一,随后指出了这种新策略相对于另两种管理研究问题选取法——漏洞识别法和实践问题筛选法的相对优势,并分析了这种新策略的适用条件,最终形成研究结论并提出未来研究方向。
M any management masters frequently use the focusing on anomalies as their effective strategy w hile they choose the research questions ,but we know it a little ,so it's a new strategy for us .Based on the publishing studies about anoma‐lies ,this paper provides a clear definition of anomalies in management research ,and divides this kind of anomaly into three groups .The most masters'choosing strategies in Great Minds In Management belongs to one of these groups .The new strategy has the relative advantages and its ow n adoption conditions against the filling‐gaps strategy and the practice‐direc‐tion strategy .In the end ,the conclusion and further research questions are offered .
