摘要
从区域金融学视角来看,我国科技金融发展中存在科技企业布局不合理、科技金融机构空间聚集度不足、区域行政管理分割与区域科技金融结构匹配度不高等问题,影响了科技金融资源配置效率和内生发展机制的形成。从发展区域性科技金融、实施科技园区金融服务体系建设工程、优化软环境和调整科技金融结构等角度提出了对策建议。
Under the regional finance perspective ,the development of Chinese regional Sci‐tech finance presence some practi‐cal problems including small‐scale focused and large decentralized layout of technology companies ,incomplete of technolog‐ical innovation chain ,shortage aggregation of Sci‐tech finance institutions ,administrative division ,low match between re‐gional technology structure and regional finance structure etc .It affects the efficiency of regional Sci‐tech financial resource allocation and formation of development mechanism .This article put forward suggestions that the development of regional Sci‐tech financial institutions ,financial service system implementation in science and technology park ,optimize the soft en‐vironment and adjust the angle of the Sci‐tech financial structure .
