摘要
企业只有淘汰失去价值的知识以及克服阻碍发展的惯例,释放一定资源,才能腾出空间促进吸收能力的产生和培育。从忘却学习和避免恶习角度,探讨主动组织遗忘对吸收能力的影响,并将环境作为调节变量加入模型,考察其对主动组织遗忘与吸收能力之间关系的调节作用。构建概念模型,采用265家企业数据,运用结构方程对相关假设进行检验。研究结果表明:忘却学习对吸收能力中应用整合能力的正向影响更为显著;避免恶习对吸收能力中评价识别能力、消化转换能力的正向影响更为显著;环境动荡性对主动组织遗忘(忘却学习、避免恶习)与吸收能力之间的关系具有显著正向调节作用。研究结果有助于企业理解主动遗忘的重要性,以及透过主动组织遗忘在不确定环境下提高企业吸收能力。
In order to free up space to cultivate the absorptive capacity ,enterprise have to eliminate the useless knowledge and overcome the negative conventions .T his study discusses the impacts of intentional organizational unlearning ( inclu‐ding unlearning and avoiding bad habits) on absorptive capacity ,and environmental turbulence is added into models as moderators to explore the moderating effects of it on the relationship between intentional organizational unlearning and ab‐sorptive capacity .Based on data from 265 Chinese enterprises ,w e build a conceptual model and test hypotheses by struc‐ture equation model .Results show that the effect of unlearning on application and integration capability is more signifi‐cant .The effect of avoiding bad habits on absorptive capacity (including ecognizing and valuing capability ,assimilating and transforming capability) is more significant .Environmental turbulence has positive adjusting function .The results can help enterprises better understand the importance of intentional organizational forgetting ,and how it play a effect on ab‐sorptive capacity under the uncertain environment .
