摘要
高压变频器在现代工业企业中发挥着重要的节能降耗作用,应用也越来越广泛,当变频器出现故障后,需要尽快定位故障元件并采取有效的措施,但是由于故障形式的多元化,往往不能一针见血,多次的故障会对高压电源系统的稳定性带来一定的安全威胁。为此以国产6 k V,6级级联电压源型变频器为研究对象,提出一种脱离高压电源系统、施压低压电源的变频器检测方法,适用于故障排查和检修检测。
High voltage frequency converter plays an important role in saving energy and reducing consumption of modern industrial enterprises, and is more and more widely applied, when the frequency converter faults, need to locate fault components as soon as possible and take effective measures, but because the diversified fault forms, often can not hit the nail on the head, repeated failure of high voltage power system stability brought some security threats. Using domestic 6 kV, 6 cascaded voltage source converter as the object of study, a kind of high voltage power supply system, pressure from low voltage power supply converter detection method was supposed, which was suitable for troubleshooting and repair detection.
